Thank You Lisa , as always I am delighted that you guys had a wonderful time!

Very disappointing. With some investment it could be great.

Stayed here for 5 nights. It was nothing as advertised. No concession to speak of, no ice, no milk, etc. Animals are to be kept on leash, had 3 stray dogs run through our site causing our dogs who were leashed to run through the side of our brand new kitchen tent, camp management could have cared less. Wood was over priced. Camp manager charged my credit card for twice as much as we purchased, tried to say I hadn't paid for previous purchase, which I had. I felt like I was called a lier until I quoted receipt numbers, when she reimbursed me, she refunded a card that I don't even have anymore. So essentially I got screwed. Camp manager avoided us from there forward. Bathrooms are filthy, no paper towels, no soap, out houses are disgusting, no hand sanitizer. Very disappointed, will NEVER stay there again. Will never recommend to anyone...

Very disappointed!

We have camped at this campground several times over the years…this year I have to say how things have REALLY gone downhill! Outhouses wrapped with caution tape because they are virtually falling over and disgusting, fire pits in the day use area wrapped with yellow caution tape, water is non potable and very stinky!(Sulphur smell)-over half the campground was empty but it was insisted we had to move our vehicles (while other sites were allowed more than the allocated 1 vehicle per site)…we were a group of 3 families sharing 2 sites…”Everyone follows the rules or no one!!!!”…the main bathrooms by the registration office were disgusting-toilets needed cleaned, showers desperately need scrubbed and out of toilet paper ( mens) more than half the weekend!…the Village of Innisfree needs to step it up! And te-invest some money they make from rentals into this campsite!!! Location is beautiful…sad that this huge lake is so alkaline( but can’t do much about that) but the facilities can be cleaned/fixed and explore options for potable water resources!

I find it extremely interesting that throughout your groups entire stay out of 1 day in which you decided to PARK TWO extra vehicles on the grass area which is NOT PARKING and I asked you to move them to the Parking area as well with ALL the other extra vehicles ( other extra camper vehicles) in which I had well over half the campground booked that you choose to point out the 1 day incidents that I immediately took care of instead of stopping at my office or site to ask me to check on? Also that firepit was used this long weekend and the tape was there because someone overfilled it with wood and once I was asked for it to be used it was removed! As for the washrooms I attended it several times the flooding toilets 3 times the toilet paper piled up and cleaned them as well also the showers are cleaned but lets make complaints instead of asking or informing the Park Manager of the issues. As for the water there will be no potable water in the future, since you have stayed here previously over the years you where aware of this NON POTABLE water and that it does retain a smell close to the end of the season every year, but thank you for your stay perhaps another campground would be more suited to your needs.

It was great knowing that she was a available to help with our many questions. Fantastic camping experience

Aug 4, 2022by Christie Tremblay
A large group of us booked in together. 13 adults and 13 kids for August long weekend. We were greeted by Cat the amazing camp manager who was very accommodating and great with the kids. The campsites were all clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean, flush toilets, running water and free showers. The campsite was quiet after 10. The kids had a blast at the park and the Wapasu lake was a 5 min drive down the road for swimming. Wood was reasonably priced. The little store had essentials and treats for the kids. This was a great experience for our families and we will come back again and again if Cat is here!!!. This is truly a hidden gem.

Amazing hidden gem

Jul 30, 2022by Marla Rauser
We found this campground after an all day search starting at elk island where we couldn't camp due to an accident... We stopped at several different places and they were either too out in the open, no privacy and noisy when we got to this campground we knew that we were home for the night we had a nice private site in the trees, excellent shower building and the camp manager is so friendly and accommodating. There is a nice hike through the Bush. We put our kayak out on the lake it was a bit choppy but still OK We would have liked to have explored the island by climbing up to the top . This is a really great place to count and we would come back we liked camp sites 3 and 21

Nice little campground!

Jul 17, 2022by Sherry Watt
We chose this campground as a halfway point for our daughter and her girlfriend, who live in Edmonton, to meet us for the weekend. I had originally booked our site on July 7, after a couple of phone calls to Cat to figure out which site would best accommodate our 30 foot trailer and their tent, for arrival on July 14. Within an hour or so, I received a phone call from Cat asking if she could relocate us to another site, as a construction crew had booked the remainder of the sites on either side of us. She moved us to a nice double site, that had more than enough room for our trailer, truck and their tent and vehicle. We didn’t get to meet Cat when we were there, but she went above and beyond to help make our weekend nice and relaxing! The lady filling in as campground manager for her over the weekend, even came around two or three times on the Thursday evening while we were unhooking and setting up, to make sure we were good and that the site would be adequate for us. We would definitely, and probably will, stay here again! Hope you enjoyed your weekend away Cat!

Great Campgound

Jun 13, 2022by Anonymous
Randomly picked this campground as a meet-halfway hangout spot for a day. I had very good first impressions as I drove up to a clean, well kept campground. When I called the manager to check in, she was very friendly and hospitable. I felt like she went out of her way to make sure we were looked after and cared for. The space is very kid friendly and relaxing with your private lot by the fire & picnic table. Had some trouble sleeping due to some noisy neighbors, but overall a great stay, a great little spot, and a great host. Thank you!

Nature Lover's Dream!

May 23, 2022by Adrianne Schultz
This campground is beautiful and has lots to offer. Powered sites with tons of trees and privacy, pull thru sites for larger units. Flush toilets and free showers, in a clean and well lit building. Trails to explore, horseshoe pit, playground & beach. Day use area and group camp, each with their own cooking facilities. Lots of well maintained green space for games or relaxing. Easy access to the water for your kayak, canoe or paddle board, and the beautiful lake to discover. New manager, Cat, is welcoming and attentive and will take the time to find you the perfect spot! There is also a canteen onsite with firewood, ice, drinking water, snacks and some basic grocery items in case you run out or forget something. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return!

The washrooms were extremely clean. The groundskeeper was amazingly friendly. A must stay. Will come back for sure.

Very nice quiet campground with lots of privacy between sites. Bonus for RVers is that there is a sani-dump across the highway near the PetroCanada station.

We always try and come here once a year. This year was a little sad due to the smoke. Always friendly and helpful.

As a new director of a youth club and a novice camper, Cat's advice and knowledge of camping and nature was much appreciated. It was great knowing that she was a available to help with our many questions. The campground itself is a beautiful and well-kept, but what makes it extra special is Cat's friendly smile and helpful advice.

My husband found this campground on his drive to Lloydminster. We didn't know what to expect, but it was wonderful. The sites are clean and quite private. There were lots of wonderful saskatoons to enjoy. Cat was amazing. She is super friendly and always makes sure your stay is enjoyable.Great place for a weekend away to relax, and you can bring your pet too! Would definitely recommend and will visit again!

We picked this campground randomly to camp with our friend from Ontario due to closeness and availability. Cat was accommodating as we arrived early for our reservation. Cat and Brooke always checked in on us for anything we may have needed or just to say hi!!! The spot we had was perfect for our needs - privacy, size, pet friendly and accessibility. We will be returning as this will be our new spot to come for relaxation and peacefulness!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Thank you!

We stayed overnight en route to Jasper and this campground is a hidden gem. If you love camping in the natural woods, just kicking back and sitting by the fire - this is the place for you. The washrooms were extremely clean. The groundskeeper was amazingly friendly. A must stay. Will come back for sure.
