The Breakwater Park Campground is located on a natural point of land, right on the waters of the Bay. The campground has 17 sites, twelve are fully serviced. Each site offers beautiful views of the water. A beach, boat launch, and kayak launch area are on site. Boat slip rentals are available for your convenience. Our campground rates are on a daily, weekly or seasonal basis. The beauty and quaintness will keep you wanting to come back year after year!
Manitoulin Island has much to offer by way of points of interest such as hiking, cycling, fishing, boating, sight seeing and swimming. Among the local attractions of Meldrum Bay and the surrounding area are the hiking trails and beaches. The trails vary in intensity from easy to moderate. A short drive away will bring you to two of the six hiking trails located on the Western part of the Island. There are upwards of twenty beaches located across the island for you to visit. Immerse yourself into the culture and visit one of our many museums and art studios. Visit our local blacksmith, just a 2 minute drive and enjoy a live demonstration.
