1. Quiet time: 11 PM

2. Music: Allowed until quiet time.

3. Fire pit usage: There are no wood fire pits, wood fires are prohibited. Propane pits are welcome.

4.  Guests to the campground/campsites are welcome.

5.  Check-in: 2 PM

6. Check-out: 11AM

7.  Pets: Are welcome, maximum 2 per site, must keep on leash/in a fenced area and clean up after them.

8.  Expulsion for mistreatment of campground employees: Yes

 

CANCELLATIONS/ALTERATIONS: 
There are no refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. 
Bookings cannot be amended within 3 days of arrival.

“No Shows” will not be refunded under any circumstances. 
If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund, we require a notice of a minimum of 3 business days (with Noon being the starting time). All cancellations will be subject to a $5 service fee. There will no exceptions, regardless of the circumstances, so please see the examples below. 
Example 1:You have a reservation for a long weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights). On Tuesday, you have a family emergency and you know that you will not be able to go camping that weekend. If you contact the Town of Carrot River after 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on the Tuesday, you will not receive any refund. No exceptions. 
Example 2: You have a reservation that starts next Tuesday. On Thursday you decide that you have to cancel your reservation. If you contact the Town of Carrot River by telephone or email before Thursday at noon, you will qualify for a refund. This allows for 3 business days notice (Friday, Monday, and Tuesday) before the noon check in on Tuesday. If you call at any time after 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on the Thursday, you will not receive any refund. No exceptions.
