Campground Description
Beautifully treed campsites backing onto an old growth forest. Walking trail down to creek and throughout forest. Quadding back country trails. On site fruit orchard (grass between rows) and market garden. Country store with camping items / country décor and unique gifts / as well as convenience items. Games area (for campers or u-pickers) with horseshoes, chess/checkers with painted grid on picnic table, roping bull, giant 'jenga' , ladder ball, bocci ball, 2 small tot playgrounds, antique fireplace with log benches, shelter. 2 outhouses in the campground and 1 outhouse at the store. Two campers available for rent on-site for $60/night (site including camper) comes with propane, non-potable water and 1 dump included for weekend stay - minimum stay 2 nights. Camper 1 - newer model - double bed - single bed and table conversion. Camper 2 - older model - queen bed 2 bunk beds and table conversion. Honey wagon service available for a fee. Non Potable water available for a fee. Firewood piles located throughout the forest free to use on-site.
Local Attractions
Farm is directly accessed from Highway 16 West - with thick old-growth forest along the 1 km roadway blocking the highway from the sites. 20 km to Wildwood or Niton Junction / 60 km to Edson / 200 km to Jasper / 180 km to Miette Hot Springs. Farm is 159 acres with land dedicated to farming and available quadding roughly 100 acres through forest and existing trails with more trails being expanded every year. Nearby attractions - Pembina River Float (3-4 hour float), many golf courses, trail or wagon rides, craft brewery, chip lake for kayak / canoe / bird watching/ lots of local area rodeos fairs and country markets. Each weekend the activities will be listed at the store and on the campground notice board.

- put out with water – stir and add water until no smoulder remains
- follow BANS by Yellowhead County or Cold Creek Farms
- no storage of gasoline or flammables
SITE RENTAL
- register at office upon arrival
- no camping units past the campground entrance
- at 6 am unregistered guests will be asked to register
- noon check in – check out 11 am next day
- for 4 registered guests
- additional guests daily or overnight – fees apply
- additional guests to be registered
- no sublets (do not rent site to other campers)
- sites not for renter’s advertising
- wilderness area – no food left unattended
- garbage disposed in bins provided
- no off-site garbage or large items in the garbage area
- recycling separated, and cardboard flattened
- damage to property will be charged to the guest
NOISE
- be respectful of others
- quiet time 11 pm to 8 am
- follow speed signs
- children playing keep them safe
- no vehicle traffic past 11 pm
