Campground Description

We are a family owned and operated year-round resort located 2.5 km East of Sicamous, BC on Trans Canada Highway 1. Our resort is situated halfway between Vancouver, BC and Calgary, AB.

Our campground is bordered by the banks of the Eagle River, surrounded by the Monashee Mountains, and minutes from the shores of Mara and Shuswap Lakes. With our beautiful views and incredible amenities, Family Tree is your ideal home base for all the adventures the area has to offer

Day visitors

Registered guests may have day visitors at the discretion of management. When/if the capacity of the park is not full.

Please meet your visitor at the office and check them in with us. Do not allow them to proceed without checking in.

NO visitors are allowed in pool

Visitors may need to park their vehicles at an assigned spot.

Pets are not allowed.

1-night stays are not allowed for visitors.

Visitor hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

*Music is to be turned off at 10:00 pm and noise is to be kept at a respectable level after that time.

Children of all ages must return to the campsite by 9:00 pm

Children under 6 must be accompanied to bathrooms.

Absolutely no food or drink inside the pool gate

No food or animal waste in bathroom garbages.

No food or garbage in firepits there will be a $25 cleaning fee.


Campfires are subject to fire bans
NO outside wood. Available to purchase on-site from an approved supplier.

Children are to be back to the site by dusk or 9:00 pm whichever comes first for the safety and consideration of fellow campers.
Must be accompanied by an adult at the river or pool, not left in the care of an older sibling, etc.
It is expected that they are checked on from time to time if they are at the play areas. ( not free range for too long )

Pet Rules:
* On leash at ALL times outside the camping unit
* Waste must be picked up
* Do not leave unattended in site
* Please do not leave them in the trailer while gone for the day
Quiet Time 10:00 pm, music off, and noise kept to a respectable level.

Stays 1-5 Days two weeks' notice minimum, 

Stays of 6-30 days, minimum 30 days' notice. 


Group bookings or 31+ days, minimum 45 days' notice. 

 

*Boats must be in designated area and fees apply .
*Campfires are subject to fire bans
*NO outside wood . Available to purchase on site from an approved supplier .
