Wonderful family campground with multiple playgrounds and hiking trails. Beautiful sandy beach and clean lake water. The caretakers are friendly, accommodating, and keep the campground very clean and well kept. We highly recommend Floating Stone Campground.

Absolutely loved our weekend at this campground! We ended up staying another night the kids were having so much fun! Awesome parks, well groomed beach, clean outhouses and many walking trails! Definitely would like to stay again!

Love this Campground, we come every year with the grandkids cause they like the park so close to the site. This year we had an incident that we had to go to the hospital and didn’t make it back till after 11. The gate is padlocked shut so we had to park and walk in. No in or out after 11pm. Our concern is what if there is an emergency and there is no time to go back to the cabin and wake the people to go back up and open the gate. There is no phone number posted at the gate and service is sporadic. This is concerning to us as campers. The caretakers stated that it’s rules by the county that they have to follow. I am wondering if this can be reviewed?

Great family campground

Good campground lots of the site's back on to the playground which is nice for the kids. The playground could use an update. Having power at every site is nice because no one needs a generator. Lots of the power pedestals could use an upgrade as well. My 5 year old says the park could use a play car.
