Campground Description
Jackfish Lake Campsite is settled in the heart of rural Alberta near the Village of Myrnam within the County of Two Hills. The drive is very scenic due to the rolling hills. The campsite itself is very quiet and tranquil with numerous mature trees. It is our little gem of a campsite. Large green spaces are great for family group activities or just private walks. Jackfish Lake in the backdrop is very inviting - try you luck at the trout that are restocked each spring or enjoy a peaceful canoe ride. Perfect way to leave the city and experience rural Alberta living. If you love the great outdoors come and stay with us!
Local Attractions
Included at the campsite is a cook house for those rainy days. The gazebo has running water and appliances for the best family reunion possible not to mention the running hot showers. A short drive and you can eat at the local restaurants in the Village of Myrnam or the Hamlet of Derwent.
