Gate Hours: Open at 8:00 am / Close at 10:00 pm
Registration: All guests must register at the office located in the main lodge before proceeding to your cabin or campsite.
(If you are arrive late please notify the resort by phone #250-578-8155)
Check-in/out: Check-in time: 2:00 pm-8:00 pm/ Check-out time 8:00 am-11:00 am.
Pets: All pets must be on a leash at all times, NO pets on the beach, docks or in the bathroom facilities. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Limiting 2 dogs per cabin or campsite. Absolutely NO dogs on beds at any time.
Quiet time: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. All music must be at a reasonable noise level, please respect your neighbor. *Excessive music/noise will NOT be tolerated at any time.
Fires/Fire Pit: Please do NOT move fire pits. All fires must be put out by 12:00am (midnight).
Smoking: Is not permitted on the beach, docks or in any of the resort buildings, this includes the office, cabins, bathroom facilities & laundry room. Please put out cigarettes in a proper container. Do NOT leave on the ground as we have children & pets.
Garbage: Be bear aware, please put all garbage in the bins provided around the resort. We also have bottle and can recycling. Do NOT burn garbage.
Day Visitors: Day visitors to registered guests staying at the resort must sign-in at the office and get a day pass. Day passes are $5.00 per adult (10 years and younger are free). *All day visitors must leave the resort before 10:00 pm.
Overnight Visitors: Visitors staying with registered guests overnight must purchase a parking pass from the office. $10.00 per vehicle.
Wifi/Cell service: There is no cell service & we do not supply wifi at the resort. We do have a pay phone for phone calls.
Showers: Are located in the main bathhouse and coin operated, loonies only.
Wood: Wood is available for purchase $20/per wheel barrow load
Boat Launch: $5.00 (Pay at office prior to boat launch)
Sani Dump: $8.00 (Pay at office prior to Sani dump)
LIABILITY: All persons using the resort facilities do so at your own risk.
Knouff Lake Wilderness Resort & staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal property.
Parents are responsible for any/all children for the duration of the stay.
Our management team reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Cancellation Policy
Cabins:
- If cancelled 21 days before check in date = No Charge to customer
- If cancelled between 21 days to 14 days before check in date = deposit down on cabins (ie. 50% of customers total bill)
- If cancelled less than 14 days before check in date = customers responsible for all nights booked.
CANCELLATIONS/ALTERATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund, we require a notice of a minimum of 14 business days.
All cancellations will be subject to a $5 service fee.
There are no refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.
