1. The Camper agrees to observe and comply with all rules. Violations of the rules shall be deemed a breach of this agreement. The Resort may make changes in the rules, giving 14 days prior written notice of changes to the Camper before the new rules become effective.
2. A Camper is defined as the trailer owner or owners that are 21 years of age or older. In addition, the camper’s adult children (18 or older), minor children, and grandchildren are also welcome at the Resort.
3. This contract is by and between the Resort and the Signers of this agreement. It shall not be transferred without the explicit permission of the Resort. Camper shall not, voluntarily, involuntarily or by operation of the law, rent the campsite or any personal property to any other persons. Any attempt to assign or rent the assigned campsite shall cause this agreement to be deemed null and void effective immediately.
4. Upon termination of this Agreement, if the Camper fails to remove all of the Camper's personal property from the campsite, the Resort shall have the right to remove the property from the campsite. Camper grants Resort a lien upon said personal property for the actual and reasonable costs of removal and storage.
5. If the Camper elects to sell the on-site Camper's unit and associated personal property, the Camper must notify the Resort before commencing any sale activities. Camper may not put up a (for sale) sign on Camper's leased property. Camper may put a (for sale) sign on the designated bulletin board in the resort clubhouse.
6. Camper shall pay all costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees that may be incurred or paid by Resort in enforcing the terms of this Agreement, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
7. Resort's property lines are clearly marked. There will be no trespassing on any of the surrounding properties. This rule is strictly enforced up to and including expulsion from Resort. All roadways and cut-through paths are clearly marked. There is no trespassing on owners’ properties, seasonal sites or other camp sites.
8. No littering. Please keep the resort beautiful by picking up any garbage you may come across on the property or lake. Trash containers are available throughout the resort.
9. Quiet time is set from 11:30 pm to 9:00 am. Adults must supervise their minor children at all times. Minor children (under the age of 18) are prohibited from occupying said campsite without their parent or legal guardian present.
10. Minor children shall be restricted to campsite at 10:00 pm and prohibited off campsite after that time without the accompaniment of an adult 16 years or older.
11. Due to the fire concerns, fireworks are prohibited at the resort.

1. Pets are permitted. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Cats must be controlled at all times and not allowed to wander the resort. Other pets are not permitted.
2. Never leave pets unattended. Excessive noise from pets is strictly prohibited and can result in a fine if not managed by the Camper.
3. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse or pool areas.
4. All animal waste must be picked up immediately, placed in a closed garbage bag and disposed of. There are public garbage cans located throughout the resort that may be used for this purpose.
5. Dogs are allowed off leash on the west side of Lake McGregor Drive, the camping overflow area and on the golf driving range. Dogs must remain on leash at all other times. When off leash owners must be able to control the behavior of their pets.
6. Pets are not permitted on the resort beach under any circumstances.
7. Dog beach - Dogs are permitted in the area to the south of the main beach (between the beach dock and the marina) and in the area to the south of the marina.
8. Docks - Pets must be under control or on a leash at all times in the marina area and on the boat docks. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booked date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked date will have 20% of the entire fee withheld.  The $5 booking fee is non-refundable.
