  • Countryside and Outland campsites are limited to 1 RV, 1 tent, and 1 vehicle, and Wildwood campsites are limited to 1 tent or RV, and 1 vehicle. 
  • Overnight parking passes are available at an extra cost, and additional vehicles must park in the designated overnight parking area, not on your site. 
  • Check-in times are by appointment only.  
  • Guests are permitted to stay any number of nights between Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, and Monday, August 4th, 2025.
  • Oversized sites are for oversized units only, not group camping.
  • All sites are unserviced (no power, water, or sewage). 
  • No fire pits or picnic tables are provided. 
  • Camp stoves, propane fire pits, and barbeques may be used; however, no open fires are allowed. 
  • Quiet time is 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the Countryside and Wildwood camping areas, and 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the Outland camping area. 
  • Generator use is permitted outside of quiet time hours. 
  • Campground gates will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. Campsites can only be accessed after-hours by foot. 
  • A fully illuminated key box is located at the gates in case of emergency. 
  • It is the responsibility of all campers to clean up garbage and cigarette butts on their site. Trash containers are provided throughout the property and located at the 5 main shuttle stations throughout the event camping area. 
  • Pets are permitted but certain conditions apply: 
  • Pets must be under control. 
  • Except for service animals, pets are prohibited from the concert area.
  • Pet waste must be sanitarily collected and discarded immediately. There are multiple pet waste/garbage bins located throughout the property. 
  • Well-behaved pets can only be left unattended in air-conditioned recreational vehicles with sufficient food and water. 
  • Animals perceived to be in distress will be reported to the proper authorities immediately. 
  • Pets are subject to registration and fees. 
  • Motorcycles, mini-bikes, all-terrain vehicles, quads, and similar vehicles shall not be operated within the park. 
  • Fireworks are not permitted. 
  • ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SPEEDING. The speed limit within the park and event camping area is 10 km/hour. Pedestrians always have the right of way. 
  • Festival admission is sold separately. 

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person. To transfer a site, please click on the following link and complete a transfer request form:

  • Payment is due upon receipt.
  • Please use the northernmost camping entrance for registration purposes.
  • Check-in times are as follows:
  • Wednesday, July 30th: 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Thursday, July 31st - Sunday, August 3rd: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Check-ins are by appointment only. Please be sure to select your check-in time before July 1st, 2025. A link to do so will be provided in your camp reservations booking receipt. Changes can be made to your check-in through your selection confirmation email by clicking the “Edit Submission” link at the bottom of the page. A $30 penalty will be applied to your reservation if a check-in time is not selected, or you arrive outside it, and delays may occur.
  • Checkout is at 11 am on August 4th, 2025.
  • Upon arrival, if your unit does not fit in the selected site, you will be required to make another reservation.
  • Oversized sites are for oversized units only, not group camping.
  • Guests are permitted to stay any number of nights between Thursday, July 30th, 2025, and Monday, August 4th, 2025.
  • Compliance checks will be conducted randomly, so please have your confirmation readily available.
  • No refunds are provided if a cancellation occurs. You can transfer your reservation to another guest if you are no longer able to attend by completing a transfer request form.
  • An additional $30 fee will be applied to all check-ins that occur during festival performances and will be due upon arrival.
