- Each site is limited to 1 RV, 1 tent, and 1 vehicle (1 tent or RV, and 1 vehicle in the Wildwood section). Additional overnight parking passes are available at an extra cost, and any vehicles with this pass must park in the designated overnight parking area, not on your site.

- Guests are permitted to stay any number of nights between July 31st, 2024, and August 5th, 2024.
- Oversized sites are for oversized units only, these are not for group camping.
- All sites are unserviced (no water, power, or sewage.)
- No firepits or picnic tables are provided.
- Camp stoves, propane firepits, and barbeques may be used, however, no open fires are allowed.
- Quiet time is 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the Countryside and Wildwood camping areas, and 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the Outland camping area.
- Generator use is permitted outside of quiet time hours.
- Campground gates will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to Midnight, sites can be accessed after-hours by foot only.
- A fully illuminated key box is located at the gates in case of emergency.
- It is the responsibility of all campers to clean up garbage and cigarette butts on their site. Trash containers are provided throughout the property and located at the 4 main shuttle stations throughout the festival camping area.
- Pets are permitted but certain conditions apply:
- Pets must be under control.
- Pets are not permitted in the concert area.
- Pet waste must be picked up immediately and deposited into a garbage bin, there are multiple pet waste/garbage bins located throughout the property.
- Pets with sufficient food and water can only be left unattended in air-conditioned recreational vehicles, animals perceived to be in distress will be reported to the proper authorities immediately.
- Pets are subject to registration and fees.
- Motorcycles, mini-bikes, all-terrain vehicles, quads, and similar vehicles shall not be operated within the park.
- Fireworks are not permitted.
- ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SPEEDING. The speed limit within the park and festival camping area is 10 km/hour and pedestrians always have the right of way.
- Festival admission is sold separately.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
- Payment is due upon receipt.
- Please use the north camping entrance for registration purposes.
- Check-in times are as follows:
- Wednesday, July 31st: 2 pm - 9 pm
- Thursday, August 1st – Sunday, August 4th: 10 am - 9 pm
- Check-ins are by appointment only. Please be sure to select your check-in time before July 29th, 2024. A link to do so will be provided in your confirmation of reservation. A penalty will be applied to your reservation if a check-in time is not selected, and delays in check-in may occur.
- Check-out is at 11 am on August 5th
- Upon arrival, if your unit does not fit in the selected site, you will be required to make another reservation.

- Compliance checks will be conducted randomly, so please have your confirmation readily available.
- No refunds are provided if a cancellation occurs. You can transfer your reservation to another guest if you are no longer able to attend.
- A $15 late check-in charge will be applied to all check-ins from 4 pm to 9 pm on Friday, August 2nd, and from 1 pm to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday, August 3rd and 4th.
