Campground Description
Tangent Park Campground is located along the Peace River, adjacent to the Shaftsbury ferry along hwy 740. We host numerous events, weddings, family reunions, etc. We have onsite laundry, showers, running toilets as well as outhouses. There is mini golf, volleyball, horse shoe pits, a baseball diamond and even a playground for the younger children. You're pets are also welcome!
Local Attractions
The Shaftsbury Ferry is located just on the outskirts of the campground as well as a boat launch on the other side.

1. Booking person is responsible for all party members and visitors within the park. All visitors must be out of the park no later than 11:00PM
2. All Camping units must be registered and paid for prior to set up
3. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time is NOT permitted.
4. No music after 11:00 PM. Group rentals may ask for an extension till 12:00 AM
5. Generator hours of operation are 10 AM to 8:00 PM
6. Air Conditioners are only to be used in sites C & D unless used with a generator
7. ALL pets must be on a leash or tied up at all times while in the park. DO NOT leave your pet unattended. Pets are not permitted in park buildings or on the playground. Pet "messes" must be cleaned up, if you are in need of a doggy bag then please ask at the office. Please feel free to use our pet enclosure.
8. Please place all garbage and recycling in the bins provided, do not dispose of items in firepits.
9.Alcohol is limited to your campsite
10.No ATV's or horses are permitted within park boundaries. ATV's must be brought in on truck/trailers and ridden out of the park in designated areas.
11. Lock up all valuables as we are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items. Anyone using the park facilities does so at their own risk.
12. No fireworks
13. No refunds once you are registered
14. At no time are any animal carcass or parts to be disposed of within park boundaries, this includes garbage bins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours' notice from the date and time of your booking for a full refund, modifications can be made upon registration if required.
