Book a Campground in Alberta

The Village of Hussar Campground was established in 1993 with the help of our amazing community and community group including the Lions, Fish & Game Club, The Historical Society, and The Hussar 4H club. Village of Hussar Campground, surrounded in trees with a beautiful view of Dead Horse Lake. We have 13 available sites, 7 of which are powered. The RV Sani Dump available at the entrance and several water taps located around the campground. There is a playground for smaller children, a large field for sports, two baseball diamonds, a gazebo, and camp shelter is available for use upon request.

Rockyford Lions Campground is located in the heart of the quaint Village of Rockyford. Rockyford is located 90km NE of Calgary and 70km SW of Drumheller. There is a picnic table and fire pit at each site. Our bathrooms have flush toilets and coinless showers. We have a playground, baseball diamond, horseshoe pits and a camp kitchen available for use.

Nestled in a quiet corner within the Village of Standard, the Standard Campground is waiting to welcome you. The Standard Campground has modern amenities, lots of day use space, and ball diamonds. The Village of Standard has a grocery store, library, playgrounds, sports courts, bar/restaurants, and picturesque walking paths. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or want to give the kids a country summer, the Standard Campground is ready to serve you.

Camp in the beautiful northern natural forest. The ideal destination for a rustic vacation either camping or in your RV. Wadlin Lake has the perfect combination of both open and wooded sites with your choice of group spots or individual sites. Enjoy the secluded lake, home to a protected pelican nesting site. The sandy swimming beach, playground, volleyball net, dock, boating, and fishing make for a great retreat. Northern Pike and Pickerel inhabit the lake, making it a popular fishing trip year-round.

Day passes are required for entrance to the park for Day Use, they can be purchased from the caretaker for $10.00 per carload.

Warburg RV Park is located in the Village of Warburg. Warburg is just 30 minutes east of Drayton Valley or 30 minutes west of Leduc. Camping is available from May through September. There are 19 full service sites with room for large RVs. There are also tenting sites available. There are showers/washrooms and a sani-dump access.The Warburg RV Park is next to the Mike Gidosh Spray Park which is open 10am-8pm daily from May 15th - end of September (weather dependent). 

Located on the Little Red Deer River, the Water Valley Campground offers nature, shelter and serenity within an hours drive of Calgary. Our 37 sites are among mature trees next to the river and nature. Day Use area with tables and play structure,

Welcome to Whistlestop Golf and Campground. We are a family run friendly campground with power and water hook ups as well as a few sites with 50 amp and septic hook ups. All sites have picnic tables and firepits. Washrooms, showers and trailer sani dump also on site. Our golf course features a regulation size par 37 and a shorter par 29 which is great for families and seniors. In 2021 we added a large playground for kids as well. Our beautiful fully licensed clubhouse restaurant “The Station” features a large patio overlooking the driving range. We hope to see you soon!

A gem of a spot located in the in the center of the friendly little community of Zama City. Everything you need to enjoy a weekend, a day trip or extended stay options while working in the area. Go fishing at the stocked pond, swim or float at the swimming hole. We are an ATV friendly community, so feel free to bring your machines and explore the area.  Coin (loonie) operated showers, playground, horseshoes, picnic shelter, Alberta's most northern disc golf course (listed on udisc.com). During your stay you might even see some of our Hay-Zama wild bison herd! 

We have two types of sites available... more intimate back-in treed full-serviced sites, larger drive through full-serviced full serviced sites with lots of room to park. Two glamping cabins, and a rental RV are also available for summer bookings… all you need is food and your bedding and loonies for the shower! 

We have expanded to the south and have Two beautiful full-serviced year round cabins, that offer fully screened in decks, kitchens, cozy queen bedroom and two expansive lofts, outfitted with everything you need to enjoy a getaway with family, friends or that special someone!

We can accomodate larger events, such as weddings, corporate retreats and family reunions, we have a fully serviced Community Hall with commercial Kitchen, or utilize the Park Shelter with BBQ's.
